Vicki was recommended by one of my husband's patients. Vicki has been so great to work with! We were lucky to find her through a mutual friend. I knew she was the right fit when we went on our first Saturday open house tour and she had a spreadsheet made up for the day — the houses in the order we would see them, the stats for number of bedrooms and bathrooms, number of days on the market, and more. Vicki is amazing! My husband and I were in contact with a couple of realtors before we met Vicki; we had even scheduled a house-hunting outing with one of them. Because USAA recommended her, we decided to see if she was a better fit. When we met with Vicki, she took the time to ask questions and really understand what we were looking for. When we got to the car, I turned to my husband, and I said, "SHE is our real estate agent!"

Vicki is not only all about traditional customer service values, but she is also very technologically savvy, and she even has an app through ERA from which we can send her requests to see houses. She fielded those requests and my constant emails almost instantaneously.

Vicki was recommended by one of my husband's patients. We had a horrible experience with our first home purchase so we were very careful in selecting our realtor this time and boy did we get lucky!!!!! She was exceptionally pleasant to work with and most of all, she tolerated all our craziness!!!
